We recently purchased our house financed through Embrace Home Loans. Shawn, our loan officer is the best guy for the job. We were looking for a home in a very competitive market. It took us 3 bidding wars to win our home and Embrace made it happen. Shawn was able to work with his team to offer 2 weeks close and property value certificate so we can have a very strong offer. The processing is seamless. This is the fastest home purchase we’ve been through. We are glad that we found Shawn and Embrace. He’s very responsive especially on after hours and weekends when most negotiations happened. He’s also the first loan officer we’ve dealt with who will take the time to explain the mortgage process and what the numbers mean to us. I’m highly confident to refer him to anyone. I can’t thank him enough and his team for their awesome job from start to finish. We will definitely find him again in the future if we ever need to buy another home.

If I could give a Shawn 100 stars, I would! Shawn and his team work FAST. They don’t miss a beat! They are genuinely committed to getting you the best options and seeing you through to the closing table. Sadly, I didn’t get to close my loan with Shawn and his amazing team, though, I wish I could have!! (It’s a long story, but I had started the loan with another lender and basically that lender was not responsive on transferring my appraisal over to Shawn and his team and I couldn’t delay my closing)…honestly, i was heartbroken not to close with Shawn- he and Jessi quite literally bent over backwards and got my loan thrown together and approved in a matter of days. They dropped everything for me! They called immediately if I had a question- I have never known a loan officer to be more caring and on top of things (and I was a loan officer!) I can promise, I will never shop around for another loan again as long as I live. I will go straight to Shawn and Jessi with any mortgage needs I have in the future and I will shout it from the mountain tops to everyone I know- they are THE BEST.
